Our client, a well-established manufacturing business is looking for an experienced Team Leader to join their team.

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor/Manager and are happy to consider people from a variety of manufacturing backgrounds.

This is a full-time permanent position based in Tauriko.


The Role
  • Overseeing production ensuring production schedules are met
  • Project planning, scheduling & coordination to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
  • Ensuring QA standards are adhered to
  • Leading a team of 25-30 people
  • Identifying and mitigating issues
  • Assisting with recruitment
  • Training staff and implementing training programs
  • Driving efficiencies
  • Managing Health & Safety
What we are looking for
  • Exceptional leadership skills
  • A solid background in manufacturing
  • Previous experience as either a Foreman or Manager
  • Extensive experience of lean manufacturing
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Great problem-solving skills
  • Must pass drug & alcohol testing.
  • Must be presentable and be able to deal with customers.
  • Must hold rights to work in NZ.
