Our client, a well-established Papamoa business is seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator

The Role

This is a 3-month fixed term position that may extend or turn into a permanent role.
Hours are Monday to Thursday 25-30 hours per week; we are able to offer some flexibility around start and finish times.

Duties include

  • Accounts payable and accounts receivables
  • Daily and monthly bank reconciliations
  • Other admin and financial tasks

What we are looking for

  • An experienced Accounts Administrator
  • Experience with Xero
  • Experience with Buildertrend or similar software would be a distinct advantage
  • Exceptional time management & organisational skills
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately
  • Great attention to detail
  • Strong IT Skills
  • Flexible team player
  • Must hold rights to work in NZ
