The Opportunity

We’re looking for a driven, sales-focused Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing team in Papamoa.
This is not a “sit back and wait for jobs” role. We want someone who thrives on business development, enjoys picking up the phone, building new relationships, and turning opportunities into long-term client partnerships.

The Role

This is a full 360° recruitment position with a strong emphasis on new business development. You would be focussed on Permanent Placements.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Proactively identifying and winning new clients across the Bay of Plenty & Waikato
  • Building strong relationships with hiring managers and business owners
  • Conducting client meetings (face-to-face and virtual)
  • Writing and managing job advertisements
  • Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Managing the full recruitment process from job brief through to placement
  • Negotiating fees and terms of business
  • Delivering an exceptional experience to both clients and candidates
