We’re looking for a driven, sales-focused Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing team in Papamoa.
This is not a “sit back and wait for jobs” role. We want someone who thrives on business development, enjoys picking up the phone, building new relationships, and turning opportunities into long-term client partnerships.

The Role
This is a full 360° recruitment position with a strong emphasis on new business development. You would be focussed on Permanent Placements.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Proactively identifying and winning new clients across the Bay of Plenty & Waikato
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers and business owners
- Conducting client meetings (face-to-face and virtual)
- Writing and managing job advertisements
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Managing the full recruitment process from job brief through to placement
- Negotiating fees and terms of business
- Delivering an exceptional experience to both clients and candidates

- Proven experience in recruitment or a strong background in B2B sales

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Professional presentation and commercial awareness
- The ability to manage multiple roles and clients simultaneously
