Our client, a well-established Tauranga based company specialising in both Facades and Aluminium Joinery is seeking an experienced leader to oversee their QS and Estimation Team.

This is a full-time position Mon-Fri

The Role
  • Leading a team of Quantity Surveyors and Detailers.
  • You will deal with a variety of projects both commercial and residential
  • Ensuring the team produces accurate schedules of quantities and cost estimates
  • Managing project risks
  • Resource Allocation
  • Providing technical advice and training to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Dealing with customers
  • Driving business growth
What we are looking for
  • We are looking for an experienced QS, we are happy to consider candidates from a variety of industries.
  • Proven Leadership Skills
  • Great Commercial Acumen
  • Fantastic IT Skills
  • Must have great technical knowledge
  • Must be great at building and managing relationships both internal and external
  • Must pass drug & alcohol testing.
  • Must be presentable and be able to deal with customers.
  • Must hold rights to work in NZ.
