Our Mount Manganui based client is seeking a part time experienced office administrator to join their team.

The Role

This is a part time permanent position Mon-Fri (20 hours per week)

Duties include:
  • Overseeing accounts payable and accounts receivables
  • Bank reconciliations
  • GST / PAYE
  • Invoicing
  • Payroll
  • Other admin and financial tasks
 
What we are looking for
  • Experience with Xero
  • Exceptional time management & organisational skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Strong IT skills
  • Flexible team player
  • Must hold rights to work in NZ
