- Reception duties
- Assisting the Project Managers and H&S Manager with data collection and record keeping
- Maintaining internal and external data flows
- Data Entry
- Assist with formatting of tenders and presentations
What we are looking for
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a construction / trade business
- Strong MS Projects and Office knowledge and other IT Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional time management & organisational skills
- Flexible team player
- Must hold rights to work in NZ
