This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys leading by example. You'll work alongside a very small warehouse team, helping with the day-to-day operation while ensuring orders are picked accurately, stock is well managed, and customers receive excellent service.

The Role
As the Warehouse Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of our clients warehouse, ensuring everything operates safely, efficiently and accurately.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Operating a forklift
- Supervising the daily warehouse operation
- Assisting with receipting and putting stock away
- Maintaining accurate stock levels and carrying out cycle counts
- Using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to manage inventory
- Coordinating inbound and outbound freight
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe
- Assisting with staff training and supporting a small warehouse team
- Ensuring Health & Safety procedures are followed
- Helping improve warehouse processes where opportunities arise
- Pitching in wherever required to keep the warehouse running efficiently
- Previous warehouse experience
- Experience leading or supervising a small warehouse team
- A willingness to be hands-on and lead by example
- Good knowledge of warehouse systems and stock control
- Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A positive attitude and good work ethic
- Forklift Licence
- Full New Zealand Driver Licence
