Our client is a well-established and highly regarded Tauranga law firm with a strong local reputation and loyal client base. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add an experienced Senior Associate/ Solicitor to their team.

The Role

This is a full-time, permanent position, Monday to Friday, working within a supportive, down-to-earth team.
You’ll be involved in a broad mix of quality work, including:
  • Property and conveyancing
  • Business and commercial
This role offers strong client exposure, genuine variety, and the opportunity to build long-term relationships while playing a key role within the team.

What We’re Looking For
  • Solicitor with 10+ years PQE within a NZ law firm
  • Strong experience across property and/or commercial work
  • Proven ability to manage files end-to-end
  • Natural leadership ability with a passion for mentoring junior staff
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills with a client-first approach
  • Confident with systems and general IT
  • Must have full working rights in New Zealand
