You will ideally have:
- Previous experience in a dispatch, transport coordination or scheduling role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills

- Confident communication and customer service skills
- Good geographical and route-planning knowledge
- Strong computer and data-entry skills
- A practical, solutions-focused approach
- The ability to remain calm when schedules change
- The right to work in New Zealand
