Our client is a well-established Tauriko based business who is seeking an experienced Customer Support Administrator to join their team.

The Role

This is a full-time permanent position, Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm
Duties include:
  • Dealing with customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Data entry and maintaining customer/order records
  • Generating invoices and purchase orders
  • Providing general sales and administrative support
  • Handling repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy and consistency
 
What we are looking for
  • Previous experience in a sales support, customer service, or administration role
  • Comfortable working in a role with repetitive tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Good IT skills and confidence using systems
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Positive attitude and team player
  • Must hold the right to work in New Zealand
