The Role
This is a full-time permanent position, Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm
Duties include:
- Dealing with customer enquiries via phone and email
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Data entry and maintaining customer/order records
- Generating invoices and purchase orders
- Providing general sales and administrative support
- Handling repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy and consistency
What we are looking for
- Previous experience in a sales support, customer service, or administration role
- Comfortable working in a role with repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good IT skills and confidence using systems
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Positive attitude and team player
- Must hold the right to work in New Zealand
