Our client is a well-established automotive servicing company in Mount Maunganui is seeking Customer Solutions Representative join their team
The Role
Do have an interest in vehicles, machinery, parts or mechanical equipment and working with customers? This is a varied position combining parts sales, customer service, and account management. You will initially spend time learning about the products, systems and customer base before dividing your time between the parts department and visiting customers throughout the region.
Duties include
- Responding to parts enquiries and processing customer orders
- Providing knowledgeable and responsive customer service
- Building strong relationships with transport, automotive and equipment customers
- Managing and developing an existing customer portfolio
- Visiting customers throughout the region
- Identifying new sales and business development opportunities
- Following up quotations, enquiries and potential sales
- Working closely with parts, service and operational teams
- Maintaining accurate customer and sales information
- Helping customers identify suitable parts and product solutions
- Contributing to sales growth.
What We’re Looking For
The role could suit someone from an automotive parts retailer, transport business, truck or machinery dealership, workshop, equipment hire company, service department or heavy equipment environment.
- Automotive or Truck, trailer or commercial vehicle parts
- Automotive retailers such as NAPA Auto Parts, Repco or similar businesses
- Service advising or workshop coordination
- Mechanical or automotive trades Mechanics
- Fleet service or transport operations
- The ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- A practical interest in automotive, mechanical or technical products
- The ability to understand customer requirements and recommend solutions
- Good planning, organisation and time-management skills
- A full New Zealand driver licence
