The Opportunity
Our client is a progressive engineering consultancy delivering civil infrastructure and land development projects.
The Role
You will provide technical expertise across a range of residential, commercial and infrastructure developments, manage projects from concept through to construction.
- Lead the design and delivery of civil engineering and land development projects.
- Manage project programmes, budgets and technical deliverables.
- Prepare and review engineering reports, calculations, specifications and design documentation.
- Coordinate with surveyors, planners, structural engineers, councils and contractors.
- Attend client meetings, site visits and construction inspections.
- Ensure designs comply with New Zealand standards, council requirements and industry best practice.
- Identify project risks and develop practical engineering solutions.
- Bachelor of Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Approximately 5-10 years' experience
- Background in land development or infrastructure design within a Consultancy
- Experience with Civil 3D, 12d or similar design software.
